10:56 yes I started going to therapy, it’s my 2nd time there now and I’m going for narcissist abuse because I’m still struggling and finding out I’m still trauma bonded to her and she has still power over me. Which is why I act tough when she’s in my face but still have panic attacks after she leaves but when I was going through that and broke contact with her I went through it pretty much alone. I have to come back to this video. I started crying when you kept saying Steady Eddie. My uncle Eddie passed away last month on June 25th. He was a 2nd father to me. You're hitting that part right on the nose. And I recently went on vacay after his viewing. Trying to get a mental break from everything. Of course I'm still in my grieving process. My heart is being released from a binding spell I did on my own heart lol. I was fed up with heartbreak and all the energy I was putting into looking for my Love. I stopped all romantic love from flowing within my heart unless it was for "The One" I was meant to be with. Someone that would want me as much as I want them and that when it happened I would be sure of it. No if ands of buts I've also been speaking it into existence that by spring of next year I would know who my future husband would be.
